Mobile STEM Lab visits PECA

Premont ISD was selected to host a STEM Lab mobile visit. Students engaged in engineering designed labs. The STEM mobile lab was on campus Sept 23, 24, and 25th. It was exciting to have hands on opportunites for our students...special shout out to Caneisha Lara who nominated Premont ISD for this mobile visit. Over 1,000 schools applied, but few were awarded!

The Texas Mobile STEM Labs reach students in every region of Texas. Onboard these labs, K-8 students solve engineering design challenges. Students work cooperatively to design a product or process using model STEM activities developed by Learning Undefeated, with support from the Texas Education Agency (TEA).
